CHIEF DENNIS O.ODIFE:  Chairman of the Board. Odife holds a Bachelor of  Science Degree in Economics from the University of Lagos and a Masters Degree in Securities Analysis from Columbia University, USA. He worked at various time as lecturer in Corporate Finance/Investment Strategy at the University of Lagos, Senior Manager/Head Corporate Finance Division of ICON Limited (Merchant Bankers) and Executive Director of ICON Stockbrokers Limited. He has been a key member of a number  of National Organisations such as the Presidential Panel on the Monetization of Fringe Benefits for Nigerian Workers, the Nigerian Economic Summit Group, the National Council on Vision 2010 and Presidential Panel on the Review of Nigerian Capital Market. A stockbroker by training,he was a member of  the Council of The Nigerian Stock Exchange and has written numerous articles on the Capital Market & the Nigerian Economy. He is an author of six published books. 

CHIEF JAMES I. ODIFE – He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Lagos. He has had varied experience in the private sector; ranging from his days at Afromedia Nigeria Limited and Hagemeyer Nigeria Plc. He also worked in Federal Civil Service up till 1989 when he joined Centre-Point. A qualified Stockbroker, he was a Deputy General Manager in charge of Capital Markets at Centre-point Merchant Bank Plc.He is currently a Director with Centre-Point Investments Ltd.

AWURE EMMANUEL EHIGBARE: Institute  of  Chartered  Accountants  of  Nigeria,  Chartered  Institute  of  Bankers  of  Nigeria,  Chartered  Institute  of  Stockbrokers  and  Certified  Pension  Institute  of  Nigeria. He is actively  involved  in  the  training  programmes   of  the  Chartered  Institute  of  Stockbrokers  where  he  was  a  lecturer  and  examiner. He  has  worked  in  a  diverse  field  such  as  Manufacturing  Company,  Commercial  Banking,  Mortgage  Banking  and  Investment  Banking. He  joined  the  organization  in  August  2006  as  the  Chief  Executive  Officer.

IRUKWU JOSEPH OGBONNA: He is an accomplished lawyer and a Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN). He is the founder of and a director in ADIC Insurance Limited. He is also a member of board of directors in several companies.

JODA AHMED: He is a holder of national honour of Member of the Federal Republic (MFR). He is the first chairman of Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) and a former permanent secretary in the civil service.

CHIEF EZEH CHRISTOPHER IKECHI: He is aholder of national honour of Member of the Federal Republic (MFR). He is the current chairman of Fidelity Bank Plc and John Holt Plc. He is on the board of several reputable companies.

DR. USMAN BUKAR: He holds a national honour of Officer of the Order of the Niger (OON) and he is a former permanent secretary in the civil service. He is an accomplished author of several literatures of international acclaim both in English and Hausa languages.    

WUSHISHI MOHAMMED INUWA: He is a retired general and he holds a national honour of Grand Commander of the Order of the Niger (GCON). He has several business interests.
