BARRISTER CHINWE S. ODIFE : is an accomplished legal and corporate governance professional with over a decade of experience spanning civil and corporate litigation, compliance, organizational development, and strategic advisory. Licensed to practice law in both Nigeria and the U.S. State of Georgia, she combines strong legal acumen with international exposure gained from working with globally recognized institutions, including two years of operational banking experience with the Fortune 500 firm Salomon Smith Barney (now Morgan Stanley Smith Barney). Her professional journey reflects more than 12 years of experience in performance analysis, organizational development, and business structuring across diverse sectors.
Since 2012, Barrister Odife has served as Managing Partner and Chief Development Officer at Hometel Developers Limited, Lagos, where she leads new business development, oversees hospitality and retail project structuring, drives feasibility studies, secures international operator partnerships, and manages financing negotiations for major developments. She also provides operational oversight and legal review of all project documentation. Previously, she was Assistant Manager at the Nigerian Deposit Insurance Corporation (NDIC), where she worked within the International Relations Unit, collaborating with global organizations on deposit insurance awareness, organizing the annual IADI conference, and conducting research on financial inclusion and Islamic banking. With a strong academic foundation—including a Juris Doctorate from the University of Georgia School of Law, a Barrister-at-Law qualification from the Nigerian Law School, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Spelman College—Barrister Odife brings to any board a strategic legal mind, cross-border insight, and proven leadership in governance, compliance, and organizational growth.
Professionally, Dr. Odife currently serves as Chief Medical Officer/Medical Director at Iroquois Rehabilitation/Skilled Facility in Syracuse, where he coordinates high-quality resident care and clinical standards. He also provides disability evaluations for the Massachusetts Disability Commission/SSA, serves as a clinician with Signify Health, and works as a Supervisory Physician with Upstate Medical University/Golisano Children’s Hospital. His prior experience includes eight years as Associate Pediatrician at Guthrie Clinic/Corning Hospital and significant contributions to medical education as Regional Clerkship Director at Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine. Dr. Odife brings strong clinical judgment, leadership, and a commitment to patient-centered excellence to any board he serves.
AWURE EMMANUEL EHIGBARE: Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria, Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers and Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria. He is actively involved in the training programmes of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers where he was a lecturer and examiner. He has worked in a diverse field such as Manufacturing Company, Commercial Banking, Mortgage Banking and Investment Banking. He joined the organization in August 2006 as the Chief Executive Officer.
AKINYEMI OLANREWAJU JULIU: is an accomplished finance and investment professional with over four decades of diversified experience spanning accounting, auditing, treasury management, and capital market operations. He holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Accounting from the University of Lagos and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA). He is also an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (ACS). His extensive background in both public and private sector finance positions him as a strategic asset to any board seeking strong governance, risk management competence, and financial stewardship.
Mr. Akinyemi’s professional career includes senior-level roles across reputable organizations, with expertise developed in stockbroking, asset management, financial reporting, budgeting, internal control, and client advisory services. He has served as Stockbroker at Centrepoint Investment Limited since 2009, preceded by key leadership roles including Chief Accountant at Proview Asset Management, Accounts/Administrative Manager at BIBE Nigeria Limited, and Internal Auditor at General Oil Limited. His early career also spans roles as Senior Accountant at Weide & Co. Limited, Principal Executive Officer at the Federal Polytechnic Ado-Ekiti, and administrative positions in the Ondo State Ministry of Agriculture.
He brings to the board strong interpersonal and leadership skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a reputation for high service standards. His experience covers stockbroking operations at the Nigerian Stock Exchange, client portfolio management, strategic planning, treasury functions, and preparation of financial statements. B. OLU. BADEJO (ACS) : is an accomplished corporate professional and chartered stockbroker with over three decades of multidisciplinary experience across the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), investment management, and capital markets. His career spans strategic roles in natural gas commercialization, organizational development, human capital management, and corporate governance, establishing him as a versatile and dependable leadership asset.
He currently serves as Dealing Clerk and Head of Marketing at Centrepoint Investments Ltd, Ikoyi, Lagos, where he oversees securities trading, client advisory, market operations, and business development. His background includes a stockbroking internship with Amyn Investment and extensive exposure to corporate finance, investment strategy, and institutional leadership. He is also a member of several professional bodies, reflecting strong regulatory compliance and ethical grounding.
Badejo’s professional growth is reinforced by global executive training, including programs at Columbia University, the Institute of Directors Nigeria, and London Management Centre, alongside extensive IT and financial modeling proficiency. With formal academic qualifications in Business Administration and an MBA in General Management, he brings to any board a solid blend of analytical competence, strategic insight, leadership acumen, and stakeholder engagement expertise.
DR. USMAN BUKAR: He holds a national honour of Officer of the Order of the Niger (OON) and he is a former permanent secretary in the civil service. He is an accomplished author of several literatures of international acclaim both in English and Hausa languages.
